This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE. We WILL NOT be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. There are NO refunds on early departures. A fourteen (14) day cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit. One night reservations must be paid in full. All cancellations less than the fourteen (14) day notice will be charged the full 50% deposit, one night reservation cancellations will be charged the full amount for the night. All cancellations and date changes are subject to a $50.00 handling charge. A $200.00 CASH DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required for all rooms. Damage Deposits are Refundable upon check-out pending a final inspection of the room for any damages and/or missing property of BelAireCove Motel. All Damage Deposit refunds will be refunded by check. Any damages to the BelAireCove Motel property as a result of your stay will be charged to your credit card account in the event damage to the BelAireCove Motel property has been found to your room after you have checked out and/or have left the premises. All rates are based on double occupancy (two people per room). Each additional person is $30.00per night/$60.00 on holiday weekends. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

I, the undersigned, was informed by the management and agree that only the persons listed above will be occupying My Room Number listed above and any visitors to the Room Number listed above must leave the premises by 8:00 P.M. I agree that completion of this rental agreement does not relieve me of my obligation for other charges for which I am responsible, including, but not limited to; telephone charges; damage to property; lost room key(s) and/or missing/damaged linens. I further understand that the law considers any visitors during the hours of 11:00 P.M. thru 7:00 A.M. as overnight guests and if such is the case, the management has the right to evict myself and my party without a refund. I have also read, fully understand and agree to the aforementioned NOTICE TO GUESTS.
